Abstract

All organisms have capacity to synthesized protein using 20 different amino acids. It helps to all living organisms for their growth. On the large scale proteins are produced by fermentation technology using many microorganisms including fungi and bacteria. The present study was carried out to isolate fungi from soil and produced protein on laboratory using different culture media and incubated for various incubations at 30ºC. Culture filtrate was obtained by filtration using Whatman No 1 filter paper, having crude protein and estimated total protein using Lowry reagents and spectrophotometer.

Keywords: Aspergillus wentii, incubation time, Lowry method, protein.
